JUICE
Ingredients:
8 Large Fresh Cleaned Organic Carrots
1 Large Fresh Mint Sprig (Optional Garnish)
1 Fresh Cut Lemon Wedge (Optional Garnish)
Information:
Serving Size 1
122 Calories Per Serving
0 Grams Of Fat
Preparation Instructions:
To begin this recipe you will first need to take out your juicer and plug it in. Give the machine a once over to make sure it's clean and sterile. Next thoroughly scrub and rinse eight large organic carrots under cold running tap water. Organic produce can be a great alternative to regular produce, as it's generally grown to much higher health and safety standards, and usually originates from more earth friendly production means. Moving forward, depending on the size and strength of your juicer, you may want to quarter your carrots to prevent over stressing your machine. Finally place a tall glass under your juice spout, and begin feeding your organic carrots into the juicer one by one. As the moisture content of carrots can vary, you may need to adjust your proportions accordingly. Once you have a full glass of juice, add in a lemon wedge or mint sprig as optional garnish choices.
