5 Ways to Enhance Your Cardio Exercise

Ok so here I'm going to talk about how to enhance your cardio exercise. I'm going to first tell you what you're doing wrong.

Guys if your one of those people that spends hours & hours on treadmills, rowing machines, bikes etc.. Without losing as much weight as you hoped, that's where your going wrong. To put it simply our body will reject this type of exercise. It's not what we are born to do.


Think about it, were designed for what's known as stop and go movements. So quick bursts of fast paced movement followed by recovery is the best way to exercise our bodies!

Here's my top 5 tips;-

1. Stop & Go Movements

So instead of running for 30 mins on a treadmill at the same pace, try doing speed intervals. Run 5 mins at jogging pace and 2 mins running pace and keep this up for 30 mins, and then build upon that. Apply this to all the cardio machines you use for best results.

2. The Extra Mile Is In Your Head

Very simply the only person that can do it is you. You can have all the support but your the one that has to do it, believe it!

3. Keep Hydrated Whilst Exercising

Very important! Your be able to exercise for longer if you keep your fluids up so before, during & after drink up!

4. Stretch Well Before Hand & After

This will ensure your body is ready for the exertion & will stop you feeling achy.

5. Try To Enjoy It!

If you think of it as a chore you won't want to do it. So have fun with it.
