Adhikain at Plano sa Pag-eehersisyo


Malaki ang benepisyong makukuha sa pag-eehersisyo kaya kailangan mayroon tayong tinatawag na habit sa pag-eehersisyo.

1. Magkaroon ng goal. Ano ba ang gusto mong makuha?
  • mas malaking muscles?
  • kaunting fat sa katawan?
  • mas may mala-kas?
  • mas may mabilis?
    Ang pag eehersisyo ay pwedeng gawin ng iilang beses. Bago ka pumunta sa gym dapat may baon kang malinaw na goal o adhikain. Ano ba talaga ang gusto mo?

    Huwag mong su-buking kunin ang dalawang bagay sa iisang panahon.

    Dapat isang goal muna, at sundan ito ng pangalawang goal.

    2. Magkaroon ng deadline. Dapat may date kang tinatarget para masungkit ang goal mo.
    Maaaring mag post ka sa salamin sa iyong kuwarto para maging constant reminder mo ito.

    3. Magkaroon ng plano. Kapag may goal ka na, dapat back up ito ng iyong plano.
    • anong exercise ang iyong gagawin?
    • ilang sets at reps ang gagawin mo?
    • ilang beses sa isang linggo ka pupunta ng gym?
      Mahalaga ang iyong oras. Kapag nasa gym ka dapat naroong nalalapit ka sa adhikain mo. Kaya dapat may solid training program ka.

      4. Mag ehersisyo sa umaga. Kapag ma-rami kang ginawa sa opisina, mahirap ang magtungo pa sa gym. Mas maganda sa umaga ka mag ehersisyo.

        5. Gawin ang plinano. Huwag ta-marin. Kahit pakiram-dam mo na 100% na hindi ka healthy, mag ehersisyo pa rin – ngunit dapat nasa lower intensity ka lamang.

        Mas madalas ang pag-eehersisyo, mas madalas na nagkakaroon ka ng magandang habit. Ika nga, stick to your plan.

        6. Sumama sa taong may exercise habit. Minsan kung mag quit na ang partner mo, naroon ang chance na mag quit ka na rin. Mas maeenganyo ka kung sasama ka sa taong may positibong pananaw kung bakit kailangang mag ehersisyo.

        7. Maging confident. Pwede mong makamit kahit ano, kung naniniwala kang makukuha mo ito. kapag malinaw ang goal mo at plano, ito ang hihila sa iyo sa tamang confidence.
