Natural Na Pagkontrol Sa BP


May mga simple at hindi magastos na paraan para makontrol mo ang iyong blood pressure o BP. Ang mga paraan na ito ay maituturing na natural. Natural na paraan para sa paghaba ng iyong buhay at pagkakaroon ng magandang kalusugan.


* Mahalaga ang ehersisyo. Ang 30-minute na paglalakad o ang simpleng pag jog sa loob ng isang oras ay sapat na. Ang ehersisyo ay nagpapataas sa produksyon ng material na tinatawag na Nitric Oxide na maaaring mag extend sa blood vessels upang ito’y maging bukas. May mabuting epekto ito upang mabawasan ang load sa iyong puso at mabawasan ang blood pressure.

* Magbawas ng timbang matapos na makalkula ang iyong Body Mass Index. Sukatin ang iyong timbang in pounds at i-multiply ito sa 703; i-divide ito ng dalawang beses with your height in inches. Ang BMI mo ay dapat sa pagitan ng 18.5 at 24.9 para sa good health.

* Iwasan ang maaalat na pagkain. May kahirapan ito ngunit subukan ang simple rule na ito: kung nalalasahan mo ang asin sa iyong kinakain ibig sabihin sobra na ito. Bawasan ang salt intake at pwedeng substitute rito ang herbs tulad ng oregano at thyme na nagpapalasa at nagbabawas sa salt levels.

* Iwasan ang alcohol at paninigarilyo. Makipag-usap sa pamilya at iwan ang anumang stress. Makipaglaro sa mga bata dahil maituturing itong exercise.
* Gawing hobbies ang yoga at meditation. Ang mga ito ay may paraan para mapababa ang high blood pressure.
