Ang cardio exerices ang pinakaimportanteng magagawa mo sa iyong katawan kung nais mong magpapayat, magpa-muscle at i-improve ang iyong kalusugan.Ang maganda rito, maraming pwedeng pagpilian na ehersisyo base sa heart rate zone na tama para sa iyo.

Importante rin na nae-enjoy mo ito at nakakatulong sa pagsunog ng sobrang calories sa katawan.
Running-Magandang choice ito dahil hindi na kailangan ang special equipment maliban sa tamang running shoes. Pwede kang tumakbo kahit anong oras at kahit saan lugar. High impact ito na nakakatulong para tumibay ang buto at mag-burn ng calories lalo na kung susubukang tumakbo sa mataas na lugar (hills), sprint at interval training

Bicycling-Sa loob man o sa labas ng gym o bahay, isang excellent cardio workout ang cycling. Maaari itong gawing bahagi ng araw-araw na buhay. Pwede kang mamisikleta papasok sa trabaho o kaya’y sa pamamasyal sa inyong lugar. Low impact lang ito kung ikukumpara sa running at aerobics.

Step Aerobics-Step aerobics is another great choice, lalo na sa mga taong gusto ng choreographed workouts. Mabisa itong calorie burner lalo na sa legs, butt at hips.

Kickboxing-Isa pang choreographed workout na may kombinasyon ng suntok at sipa. Execellent overall workout para sa upper at lower body. Pwedeng gumamit ng punching bag para sa mas epektibong ehersisyo.

Walking-Katulad ng running, best choice din ang paglalakad na cardio exercise. Bagamat low impact, pwede mong palakasin ang intensity kung bibilisan (speedwalking) habang i-swing ang mga kamay sa paglalakad.

Jumping Rope- Mabisa ring pampapayat ang jumbing rope. Madali lang itong dalhin dahil handy. You can add variety by trying different foot patterns (jumping on one foot, scissor jumps, etc.).
